Implementation

Start with one station. Prove the process.

No six-month software project. Start with one station or one breathing-air system, bring the records you have, and see the readiness picture before you expand.

Nothing to install. Works in any modern browser on a desktop, tablet or phone.

We know the breathing-air business.

We start departments the practical way: with the equipment and records they already have.

From request to first readiness view

The getting-started path.

A checklist on the home screen walks the department owner through each step until it is done.

  1. Talk with us

Tell us about your department, equipment and goals. We agree on the scope and setup before a workspace is provisioned.

  2. Stations and people

Add stations and apparatus, and invite people with the right roles.

  3. Providers and sharing

Connect the companies that service your equipment.

  4. Import equipment

From a CSV or XLSX export, with a preview, fixes and confirmation.

  5. Review matches

Suggested matches are confirmed by a person, never merged automatically.

  6. Add history

Upload originals; an officer confirms what each one shows.

  7. First readiness view

Documented, due and missing, by equipment and agency.

Named roles

Who does what.

Each person sees the home screen for their job.

Bringing records forward

Imports that don’t guess.

Equipment lists import from CSV or XLSX with mapping templates for common crew-check software exports and generic spreadsheets. Older paper and PDF records go into a review queue.

  • Preview, fix and confirm before anything is saved.
  • Re-importing the same file does not create duplicates.
  • Imported history is labeled unreviewed until a person confirms it.
  • Each PDF is confirmed by a person: equipment, date, service and result.

Access and security

Scoped by department, role and explicit sharing.

Access follows the people and relationships your department approves.

  • People see what their role and department allow.
  • Providers see only their own work and the requests sent to them; there is no hidden provider-to-provider sharing.
  • Invitations and revocations are recorded.
  • Evidence files are limited to PDF and common image formats.
  • A tag scan shows the equipment’s public summary, never private department files.

Export, exit and history

The record stays yours.

Your department can export its permitted equipment records, attached files and history in standard formats. Corrections are recorded as new versions rather than silent rewrites, and revoking a provider does not erase history your department is entitled to keep.

Good questions

A few things worth knowing.

How quickly can we start?

A standard workspace can be provisioned in under 24 hours. We agree the timing for your imports, providers and people before you begin.

Do we need our IT department?

There is nothing to install. Your IT team may want to review access, roles and data export; we can walk them through it.

What does it cost?

We give you a clear proposal for the scope you need. See the pricing page for how getting started works.

Let’s make the work easier

Start with one station, not a system replacement.

Tell us about your stations, equipment and providers. We’ll plan a practical first step.
