Company and branch context
Keep service capabilities, operating regions and explicit site relationships organized.
For inspection and service providers
Keep your company profile, inspectors and credentials organized. Prepare a report for the right system, attach the evidence and follow the authority’s review without losing the earlier submission.

Before the first submission
Maintain your assigned provider profile, company branding, inspector roster and recorded credentials. A company can operate across branches and authorities without making every customer record visible to every jurisdiction.
Keep service capabilities, operating regions and explicit site relationships organized.
Select an active registered inspector; retain the identity used for the report.
Record issuer, number, dates and supporting evidence. Local requirements remain explicit.
Systems and equipment
Keep sprinkler, alarm, pump, suppression and extinguisher records organized alongside other configured fire and life-safety categories. Separate catalogs support backflow, elevators and mobile-unit records.
Starter banks require professional review and local adoption. They are original record prompts, not licensed code text, a complete inspection procedure or an automatic pass/fail decision.
A submission you can explain
Use the adopted questions or the permitted PDF filing format. Add supporting evidence, review the outcome and submit through the authority’s configured workflow.
After the report
Follow returned reports and assigned deficiencies. Record the work performed and submit evidence for review. Your service business continues to manage customer work, quotes, scheduling and invoicing in its operating workspace.

No. Provider setup and service-business records are standard capabilities. Compliance Engine enables the jurisdictional reporting workflow; NFPA Safety Compliance is separately enabled.
Assisted intake has an explicit handoff. The named provider accepts the current working version before the final billable submission step. Assignment does not grant an expert blanket access to provider drafts.
The application records supplied credentials and supports explicit explanations when one is not supplied or required. The authority’s applicable requirements determine what evidence is needed; a universal licensing rule is not assumed.
