Can we start with paper or spreadsheets?
Yes. Bring the forms and files you use today. We’ll review the information, agree on what to carry forward, and map a practical setup.
Do we have to replace our ERP or accounting system?
No. We review where FD Maintain should own the work and where imports, exports, or a scoped integration make sense. Your current systems can be part of the plan.
How quickly can we get started?
A standard workspace can be provisioned in under 24 hours. We agree on the timing for your data, configuration, integrations, and team onboarding before launch.
Does all-in-one mean every module is required?
No. Connect the equipment, customer, and service work you need now. Enable additional capabilities when they are useful. Payroll, general-ledger accounting, HR, vacation management, facility staffing, and general sales-activity tracking are not included as standard features.
How are the optional modules enabled?
Request Compliance Engine, NFPA Safety Compliance or both when creating your account. We review your organization’s access and setup. There is no automatic trial, module activation or advertised report price at signup.
