Built around the people already in the conversation
Your next growth opportunity may already know your name.
You have the relationships. Your customers have equipment and records to manage. Connect the two with a software offer that can earn at the first sale and again at renewal.
Equipment distributors
Take the relationship beyond the purchase.
You understand the equipment, the buying process, and the people making the decision. Bring those customers a way to organize the records that follow the sale.
Start the conversation“When someone asks for this equipment’s history, how quickly can you find it?”
Dealers & resellers
Add a recurring chapter to your sales story.
Make software part of the conversation around SCBA, cylinders, breathing-air systems, and other supported equipment. Connect the purchase to its service history.
Start the conversation“What happens to the test results and service documents after delivery?”
Service companies
Build on the trust you earn in the field.
You see the gaps during testing and maintenance visits. Help customers bring scattered equipment information together, while developing another revenue stream.
Start the conversation“Can your team see the records from every provider in one place?”
A stronger reason to stay connected
Be part of the record. Stay part of the relationship.
The equipment sale starts a relationship. Inspections, service, and replacement decisions keep it going. Give your customers a clearer view of their equipment history, with your expertise alongside it.
Expand your offer with equipment records, service history, and readiness workflows.
Bring a useful software conversation to your existing customer visits.
Develop recurring software revenue alongside the equipment and services you sell.

The value of renewals
Build a book of business that can keep paying.

Year 2

10 new accounts$9,900
$19,800 illustrative annual share
Illustration only, not pricing or an earnings forecast. Assumes all 10 original accounts renew at the same eligible amount, 10 more accounts pay a full year in Year 2, and the partner agreement remains active. Revenue, renewals, account ownership, and the work after the sale. Here’s how the program fits together.
Revenue & renewals
What does the 33% revenue share apply to?
Your share applies to tax-exclusive software subscription payments actually collected from approved partner accounts, after discounts and refunds. Hardware, services, and pass-through fees are excluded.
Do I receive the same percentage on renewals?
Yes. The same 33% applies to eligible renewal payments while the customer subscription and your partner agreement remain active.
How long do renewal commissions continue?
They continue while both the customer subscription and your partner agreement remain active. The program does not promise lifetime payments after either ends.
When are commissions paid?
Payouts are quarterly, within 30 days after quarter-end, based on eligible subscription payments collected. A proposal or unpaid invoice does not generate a payout.
What happens with cancellations, refunds, or discounts?
Unpaid amounts earn no share. Discounts and refunds reduce eligible revenue. A canceled subscription generates no future renewal revenue; share is based on what is actually collected.
Is the $3,000 example the subscription price?
No. It is an assumed annual payment used only to explain the arithmetic. The example is not product pricing, a guaranteed earnings amount, or a forecast of customer retention.
Sales & account approval
Who is the program designed for?
Equipment distributors, dealers, and service companies that want to develop an FD Maintain software sales channel. Tell us about your customers, equipment focus, territory, and approach so we can discuss fit.
Is this resale or a one-time referral fee?
It is a partner-led software sales channel with recurring revenue share. You develop and lead approved opportunities; FD Maintain bills the software subscription and handles onboarding and platform support. Eligible renewals earn the same share.
Can I introduce customers I already serve?
Yes. Your existing equipment and service relationships are a natural place to start. Each opportunity must still be registered and approved before the software sale.
How does account attribution work?
Register an opportunity with FD Maintain and receive approval before the sale. That approval establishes which account qualifies for your share. An introduction alone does not confirm attribution.
What if an account already has a subscription or another partner?
Bring the situation to FD Maintain before pursuing it as a registered opportunity. Account eligibility and attribution require review; this page does not promise credit for existing accounts or duplicate introductions.
Does this page promise an exclusive territory?
No exclusive territory is offered on this page. Discuss your market and any requested commercial arrangements during the application review; agreed participation terms belong in the signed partner agreement.
Getting started & customer support
Who bills the customer?
FD Maintain handles the software subscription billing. You lead the approved sales opportunity and stay connected to your customer relationship.
Who handles onboarding and technical support?
FD Maintain handles platform onboarding and platform support. Your role is to develop opportunities, understand customer needs, and help sustain the relationship.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Your company’s equipment or service focus, the customers you serve, your sales territory, and an outline of a customer problem that FD Maintain could help address. Please leave private customer records out of the application form.
What should I lead with when talking to a customer?
Start with a practical equipment-record problem: a missing service report, scattered test results, or difficulty finding an asset’s history. Show how a clearer record supports the next service or readiness decision.
Does applying enroll my company or commit me to an agreement?
No. The application starts a conversation. We review the fit and agree on responsibilities; participation begins only after approval and a signed partner agreement.
How do I get started?
Complete the partner application below. Tell us about your business and the customers you serve. We’ll follow up to discuss fit, the program terms, and the path to a first registered opportunity.
