The FD Maintain platform
Keep customers, providers, equipment and service history at the center. Add jurisdictional reporting with Compliance Engine, equipment standards access with NFPA Safety Compliance, or both.
Choose your modules at signup. Access and setup are reviewed for your organization.
FD Maintain
Service history and service-business operations
Reports → review → corrective action
Equipment → service evidence → references
Choose one, both, or start with the standard workspace.
One platform. A clear choice.
Standard service-business tools come first. Each optional module serves a different responsibility and is enabled separately.
Customers, providers, equipment, service history and the work from request to completed visit.
Bring authorities, service providers and property owners into a controlled inspection-reporting process.
Put the equipment record, shared service evidence and relevant standards references within reach.
Built around distinct responsibilities
A service company maintains a customer’s equipment. A department uses service evidence to manage its assets. An authority reviews reports for properties in its jurisdiction. Each needs a useful view and clear access boundaries.
Use the standard service workspace for your customers, equipment and daily work.
Use Compliance Engine for scoped submissions, review decisions and corrective follow-through.
Use NFPA Safety Compliance for authorized records and the existing NFPA Scans experience.
A deliberate start
Tell us whether you represent an authority, a provider or a property owner, and select the modules you want to discuss. Confirm your email, then follow your request through review.
Good questions
Create your account, confirm your email and request the modules that fit your role. Your request is reviewed before workspace access is granted. Signing up does not unlock an existing department, customer, provider or property record.
No. Compliance Engine and NFPA Safety Compliance are independently enabled. Standard provider, customer, equipment and service-business workflows do not require both modules.
The public website explains the products and accepts account requests. Jurisdictional records require login and explicit access. Existing QR tags can expose only the customer-visible information already authorized for that tag.
Request a walkthrough to discuss your setup and commercial terms. Account creation does not activate paid access. Any configured report charge is shown in the filing workflow before submission.
Let’s make the work easier
Create an account and tell us which modules you need. Your request starts a review, not automatic access to records.
