Assign the review
Use named reviewers and scoped queues so responsibility stays visible.
For authorities having jurisdiction
Use Compliance Engine to organize the properties and systems under your authority, assign report reviews and follow corrective work. Keep permissions tied to the departments and premises each person is responsible for.

A practical review day
Start with submitted reports and unresolved findings. Open the premises, review the protected system, read the supporting files and record a clear decision.
Use named reviewers and scoped queues so responsibility stays visible.
Explain what needs attention and retain the submitted revision behind the decision.
Review corrective evidence and preserve the case history.
Set up the program intentionally
Review starter questions, create your organization’s version and publish the bank you intend inspectors to use. Record code references and report-origin eligibility without importing another jurisdiction’s rules as your own.
People and place
Use premises maps where verified coordinates are available, review proposed records before acceptance and publish responder pre-plans from reviewed evidence. Invite people into a defined role and scope.

The separate NFPA Safety Compliance module reads approved equipment-sharing relationships and reuses the existing NFPA Scans experience. Your department’s service evidence and your jurisdiction’s reporting program remain distinct.

Yes. CSV imports provide validation and a preview before selected records are added. Proposed records remain subject to the authority’s review.
Authority-origin reporting can be enabled for specifically configured categories and templates. Eligibility and billing treatment are explicit; the system does not silently substitute an authority report for a provider filing.
A draft or approval alone does not send a notice. Delivery and reminders depend on explicit recipient choices, consent where required and configured delivery services.
Create your account, confirm your email and request the modules that fit your role. Your request is reviewed before workspace access is granted. Signing up does not unlock an existing department, customer, provider or property record.
